Case Study: Made Up Stories

Highly acclaimed Hollywood executive producer Bruna Papandrea, with Gone Girl, Wild and Big Little Lies as just some of the significant productions under her belt, came to Muster to brand her new film production company; Made Up Stories.

Made Up Stories is on a mission to redress the balance, to create content with strong female characters central to the narrative and to put women behind and in front of the camera.

With that as our focus we collaborated with Bruna to put an image to her new, vibrant brand.

Muster has been proud to take care of the look of this important new company. As the designated brand guardian for Made Up Stories. We’ve delivered; identity design, logos, stationery, script covers, presentation decks, special event collateral, event design, bespoke pieces and animated logo openers for cinema, broadcast and streaming.

For the animated openers Muster enlisted the musical talents of screen composer Amanda Brown. Amanda is a celebrated musician and creative with many film credits. She was also a member of legendary Australian band The Go-Betweeens.  We based the soundscape around the voices of many women, representing as many nationalities as we could – each voice saying “Tell me a story”, importantly ending with Bruna’s daughter’s voice to represent a new way forward for all the girls and women coming through.
